Disconnect power to the case before cleaning.

Check waste outlet for clogs before starting the cleaning process.

Lift the fan plenum to access the coil for cleaning and maintenance.

Shut off the lights in the case before cleaning them.

Wipe down lights with a soft, damp cloth and ensure they are completely dry before re-energizing.

Provide a temporary separator between cases being cleaned and those containing product if using potentially harmful cleaners.

Avoid spraying cleaning solutions directly on electrical connections.

Disconnect power to case before servicing or cleaning

Unplug the fan motor from the receptacle on the exterior of the fan plenum

Remove fasteners and lift out the entire fan basket

Re-install the fan basket and secure with fasteners

Plug the fan motor back into the receptacle on the exterior of the fan plenum
