Ensure the conductivity electrode is soaked in alcohol or clean water if it has been stored dry.

Turn meter on and select the appropriate mode using MODE button.

Rinse the electrode with clean water.

Submerse the electrode in the first conductivity standard.

Press STD to enter standardization mode.

Is 'Stable' displayed on the meter?

Adjust the cell constant manually or keep the nominal value?

Turn meter on and connect a combination ORP electrode

Press MODE if needed for mV (or R.mV) measurement

Select the solution with a known mV value

Dip the ORP electrode into the solution with brief or slow stirring

Press STD to begin standardization

Adjust the value using ▲/▼ keys

Press STD when the reading is stable to accept the calibration offset

Ensure the following conditions are met before starting

Connect the temperature probe and place into a solution with a known accurate temperature

Is the temperature probe part of a pH or Conductivity electrode?

Ensure the AB200 temperature inputs are correctly connected

Press STD from any measurement mode, then press TEMP STD

Record the active temperature from the upper display

Turn meter on and set to conductivity measurement mode

Soak electrode in alcohol or clean water if stored dry for a long time

Rinse electrode with clean water

Submerse electrode in conductivity standard

Provide stirring for best results

Press STD to enter standardization mode

Adjust cell constant manually using ▲/▼ keys?

Ensure periodic standardization with known accurate standards

Select pH calibration buffer group

Attach automatic temperature compensation (ATC) probe

Was the pH electrode stored dry?

Soak pH electrode in storage solution for 10 minutes if stored dry

Standardization with Preset Buffer Group

Turn meter on and set to pH measurement mode

Rinse pH and ATC electrodes with clean water
