Select the SAE value based on operating temperature

Measure the oil’s operating temperature

Is the oil level at the center of the lower-most roller?

Perform complete lubrication change

Is the bearing rotating slowly during lubrication?

Is a lithium base lubricant being used?

Ensure not to overgrease the bearings

Select shaft diameter and apply correct grease quantity

Are extended lubrication lines provided?

Refer to fan and/or bearing manufacturers’ literature for additional information

Clean the screen of regulators with vent terminals

Remove scale from burner plates

Ensure burner plates and gas orifices are clear of foreign material

Check the condition of the filters

Is the filter due for a scheduled change?

Replace the filter if necessary

Record the date of the filter change

Perform a Safety Shutoff Valve Leak Test
