Replace all hydraulic connections hoses

Replace all hydraulic connections plastic brackets

Replace hydraulic connections fast couplings and screw couplings

Sign off on the maintenance completion

Is the anchor in unlocked position and the pressing tubes in down position?

Upload a photo of the pretensioning plate and the pins before removal

Were the distance tubes removed successfully?

CAUTION! Loosen the pins and bolts carefully as the plate with the pipes is under tension due to the springs underneath.

Were all springs and spring caps removed successfully?

Are the tops of the wedges in line?

CAUTION! If a wedge is not in line, the tube-bank may be damaged and has to be repaired. Operation is not allowed.

Did the wedges raise and come out when pressure was put on the pressing tubes?

Are the tops of the wedges in line after opening the anchor?

Check if the couplings are tightened well

Check if the cylinders bolts are still tightened

Wipe electric motor clean and free from dust

Sign off on the maintenance check

Replace all seals within the piping (Walform)

Replace all seals of the couplings

Replace all hydraulic connections seals

CAUTION! The environment has a great influence on the condition of the strands, especially a salty environment has bad influence on the strands.

ATTENTION! Do never weld close to strands; they might become brittle by the heat.

Contamination with foreign materials that could cause fouling of the wedges

Reduction of diameter greater than 5% below the nominal diameter

Pitting or reduction in the strand diameter caused by corrosion

The presence of lubricants on the strand surface

Bird caging or similar distortions to the strand

Sign off on the strands inspection
