Both forks are secure and not bent, cracked or badly worn

Safety shield is clean and clear

Charger plugged into an AC electrical outlet

Charger and the AC outlet are the same voltage

Lighted bar shows charge left in batteries

Flashing light warning for low battery

Two flashing lights indicating need for battery change or recharge

Test drive your truck in an uncongested area

Make certain you know how much effort is required to slow the truck down, and to stop it

If anything doesn't look, work or feel right, don't drive the truck. Report the problem to your supervisor

You can get checklist forms from your Crown dealer (part no. OF-3772). Used properly, this checklist can alert service people to needed repairs
