WARNING - Unplug the grinder before the removal of any panel or grind chamber-housing parts

Run a few cycles until all coffee in the grind chamber is dispensed and disconnect the grinder from the power source

WARNING - Prior to cleaning the grind chamber, unplug the grinder

Remove the funnel and filter and discard any remaining coffee grounds

Remove the hoppers by sliding all the way forward

Remove the hopper lid from the hopper

Clean and sanitize the hoppers and lids

Bunn-O-Matic recommends the 3-step method for cleaning and sanitizing the hoppers and lids

Slide plates checked and cleaned

Burrs and grind chamber inspected and cleaned/replaced if necessary

Burrs and grind time adjusted to specifications for particulate size and throw weight

Note: Dechaffer Plate should be replaced every 6 months

Sign off on the grinder maintenance

Use a damp cloth rinsed in any mild, nonabrasive, liquid detergent

Care should be taken not to scratch the grinder with any abrasive material
