6.1 Testing tightness
Test refrigerant circuit for tightness according to EN378-2 or equivalent standards
Enter the overpressure applied during the test
Is the test pressure within the maximum allowable values?

4.7 Mounting included accessory
Have the oil pan ready.
Fit the accessories best before commissioning.

Tightening torques of screws see chapter Mind when mounting or replacing, page 54 and following chapters.
Check pressure equipment for tightness after mounting.
In the case of retrofitting
Shut off all inlets and outlets of the pressure equipment into which something is to be installed.
Depressurise the pressure equipment.

6.4.1 Vibrations
Check for abnormal vibrations in the whole system, particularly the pipelines and capillary tubes.
Were additional safety measures required due to vibrations?
Ensure no strong vibrations are present to avoid risk of burst pipes and leakages.
Connect the pipes to the pressure equipment without load and stress to prevent mechanical stress.

6.3 Charging refrigerant
Check for blocked components and pipes
Ensure sufficient volume above the liquids
Verify use of permitted refrigerants
Measure out precise quantities of refrigerant
Keep the oil temperature above 40°C
Charge the condenser or receiver directly with liquid refrigerant
Ensure blends are taken out of the charging cylinder as a bubble-free liquid
Add refrigerant on the suction side while the compressor is running
