Does the tube correspond to two different electrode sizes?
Choose the longest electrode for stability if applicable, ensuring it does not exceed the rotor teeth dimension.
Arc Height Adjustment
Adjust the height of the arc carefully before placing the cassette on the element to be welded.
Is the tube shape more or less pronounced in ovality?
Increase the tube/electrode distance by a few tenths if in doubt.
Use the set of shims provided to make precise adjustments between the tube and the flat of the electrode.
