Turn the power off and unplug the power cord

Allow the unit to cool before proceeding

Remove the Butter Wheel and Pan (if present)

Set the Compression Control Knobs to 6 & 6

Remove both Belt Wraps and set aside

Turn the power OFF and unplug the power cord

Ensure the release sheet and belts wraps are warm before cleaning

Wash, rinse, and sanitize accessories

Remove the release sheet and place it on a clean, flat dry surface

Allow the unit to cool before proceeding

Remove the Butter Wheel and Butter pan (if present)

Set the bun thickness compression knobs to 6 & 6

Remove the following components

Set the Bun Thickness Compression Knobs to 6 & 6

Remove the Belt Wraps and set aside

Push down on retaining tab of the tensioner

Slide the tensioner out of the guide plate while keeping pressure on the retaining tab

Slide the new tensioner into the guide plate

Is the new tensioner securely in place?

Check for any unusual noises after replacement
