3 Monthly Stationary Air Compressor Maintenance
Compressor cleaned?
Checked for possible leaks?
Coolers checked and cleaned if necessary?
Stationary Air Compressor Oil and Oil Filter Change
Run the compressor until warm
Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage
Remove filler plug (FC). Drain the compressor sump by opening drain valve (Dmo). Close the valve after draining
Remove the oil filter (OF). Clean the filter seat, oil the gasket of the new filter and screw it into place until the gasket contacts the seat. Then tighten by hand
Fill the compressor sump to the middle of the oil level sight-glass (SG) with oil
Switch on the voltage
Run the compressor for a few minutes. Stop the compressor. If necessary, top up the gear casing with oil to the middle of the sight-glass (SG)
After carrying out the maintenance operations of the related service plan, the service warning must be reset
Sign off on the oil and oil filter change
8 Hourly / 1 Daily Stationary Air Compressor Display Check
Warning: Always check the display and remedy the trouble if alarm LED is alight or blinks.
Is the main screen indicating the compressor outlet pressure?
Is the status of the compressor displayed?
Are the functions of the keys below the display working?
Is there a service message displayed?
Describe the service message if any.
Did you carry out the service actions of the indicated plans or replace the component and reset the relevant timer?
Sign off on the daily compressor display check.
Stationary Air Compressor Safety Valve Testing
WARNING! Never run the compressor without safety valves. No adjustments are allowed.
Safety valves present and functional
Enter the pressure at which the valve opens
If a valve does not open at the pressure specified in section 7.2, consult Atlas Copco.
Sign off on the safety valve testing
Stationary Air Compressor Service
Compressor stopped and voltage switched off
Air filter cover removed and filter element removed
Cover cleaned and filter element discarded
New element and cover installed
Service warning reset after carrying out the service actions of the related service plan
