Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Remove filler plug (FC). Drain the compressor sump by opening drain valve (Dmo). Close the valve after draining

Remove the oil filter (OF). Clean the filter seat, oil the gasket of the new filter and screw it into place until the gasket contacts the seat. Then tighten by hand

Fill the compressor sump to the middle of the oil level sight-glass (SG) with oil

Run the compressor for a few minutes. Stop the compressor. If necessary, top up the gear casing with oil to the middle of the sight-glass (SG)

After carrying out the maintenance operations of the related service plan, the service warning must be reset

Sign off on the oil and oil filter change

Condensate discharged during loading?

Before starting, the level should be in the middle of the sight-glass

Sign off on the daily stationary air compressor check

Coolers checked and cleaned if necessary?

Compressor stopped and voltage switched off

Air filter cover removed and filter element removed

Cover cleaned and filter element discarded

New element and cover installed

Service warning reset after carrying out the service actions of the related service plan

Warning: Always ensure the compressor is in a safe state before starting the check.

Is the main screen indicating the compressor outlet pressure?

Is the status of the compressor displayed?

Are the functions of the keys below the display working?

Is the alarm LED alight or blinking?

If the alarm LED is alight or blinking, remedy the trouble immediately.

Is there a service message displayed?

If a service message is displayed, carry out the service actions of the indicated plans or replace the component and reset the relevant timer.

Is the actual compressor status displayed when pressing the ↓ key from the main screen?
