Condensate discharged during loading?

Check oil level, it should be in the middle of the sight-glass

On Full-Feature compressors, does the moisture indicator show blue?

Warning: Always check the display and remedy the trouble if alarm LED is alight or blinks

Is the main screen indicating the compressor outlet pressure?

Is the status of the compressor displayed?

Are the functions of the keys below the display working?

Is there a service message displayed?

Describe the service message if any

If a service message is displayed, carry out the service actions of the indicated plans or replace the component and reset the relevant timer. Consult your Atlas Copco Customer Centre

Is the actual compressor status displayed when pressing the ↓ key from the main screen?

Sign off on the daily display check

Full-Feature compressors maintenance

Check pressure differential of rotor compartments

Adjustment of rotor compartments necessary?

Full-Feature ND compressors and Full-Feature compressors with Low load option maintenance

Air purged from the low load system?

Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage

Remove filler plug (FC). Drain the compressor sump by opening drain valve (Dmo). Close the valve after draining

Remove the oil filter (OF). Clean the filter seat, oil the gasket of the new filter and screw it into place until the gasket contacts the seat. Then tighten by hand

Fill the compressor sump to the middle of the oil level sight-glass (SG) with oil

Run the compressor for a few minutes. Stop the compressor. If necessary, top up the gear casing with oil to the middle of the sight-glass (SG)

After carrying out the maintenance operations of the related service plan, the service warning must be reset

Sign off on the oil and oil filter change

WARNING! Never run the compressor without safety valves. No adjustments are allowed

Safety valves present and functional

The valves can be tested on a separate compressed air line

Enter the pressure at which the valve opened

If a valve does not open at the pressure specified in section Settings of safety valves, consult Atlas Copco.
