WARNING! Before starting any maintenance or repairs, stop the compressor. Close the air outlet valve and press the test buttons on top of the electronic water drains to depressurize the air system. Press the emergency stop button and open the isolating switch (customer's installation) to switch off the voltage to the compressor

Is the compressor outlet pressure displayed correctly?

Is the status of the compressor displayed correctly?

Are the functions of the keys below the display working correctly?

Is the alarm LED alight or blinking?

Describe the alarm message if any

Is the service message displayed if a service plan interval has been exceeded or if a service level for a monitored component has been exceeded?

Describe the service message if any

Did you carry out the service actions of the indicated plans or replace the component and reset the relevant timer?

Condensate discharged during loading?

Check oil level, should be in the middle of the sight-glass

On Full-Feature compressors, is the moisture indicator showing blue?

On Full-Feature compressors, check pressure differential of rotor compartments

Sign off on the daily stationary air compressor check

WARNING! Never run the compressor without safety valves. No adjustments are allowed

Safety valves present and functional

Enter the pressure at which the valve opened

If a valve does not open at the pressure specified in section Settings of safety valves, consult Atlas Copco.
