Remove the filter cover and filter

Fit a new filter and reinstall the cover

NOTE! Inspect ball valve mechanism of condensate trap every 5000 Hours / 1 Year

NOTE! Replace V-belt(s) every 5000 Hours / 1 Year

NOTE! Grease orbiting scroll bearing every 5000 Hours / 2 Year

Sign off on the air filter replacement

Warning: No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve

Safety valve operational after unscrewing the knurled cap one or two turns

Safety valve operational after retightening the cap

Sign off on the safety valve operation

Compressor element fan cleaned?

Compressor element fins cleaned and seals replaced?

Sign off on the maintenance completion

On SF Full-Feature, brush or blow off the finned surface of the condenser

On SF Full-Feature, clean condensate trap internally

Sign off on the compressor maintenance

Warning: Always wear protective gear while cleaning the coolers.

If not, proceed with the following steps.

Was the dirt removed using a fibre brush?

Was a wire brush or metal object used?

If yes, report to supervisor immediately.

Was the cooler cleaned by air jet in reverse direction of normal flow?

Was it necessary to wash the coolers with a cleansing agent?
