Atlas Copco Oil-Water Separator OSC 355

If compressor is not operational, report the issues to the maintenance team and stop the procedure

Collect the condensate in the test bottle

Compare the turbidity of the sample with the 15 ppm turbidity reference bottle

Sign off on the condensate check

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Service indicator approaches the lid of the housing?

Condensate from the test outlet is less transparent than in the reference test capsule?

Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed?

Voltage switched off and outlet piping depressurised by opening the manual condensate drain?

Lid of the first tower removed and oleophilic filter taken out?

On OSC 355 up to OSC 1200, lid of the second tower removed and small oleophilic filter removed?

Inside of the OSC cleaned with water and tissue if necessary?

Warning: Ensure the compressor is stopped and depressurized before starting the procedure

Check if the oleophilic filters are changed for the second time

Check if the filters are clogged

Check if the service indicator is rising

Check if the condensate from the test outlet is less transparent than in the reference glass

Stop the compressor and close the air outlet valve

Depressurise the compressor by opening the manual condensate drain
