Check coolers, clean if necessary

Check the filter elements of the electric cabinet. Replace if necessary

Check the silencer of the blow off valve, clean if necessary

Inspect the air filter elements

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements?

Check for possible air leakages

Check for possible oil leakages

Sign off on the pump maintenance

NOTE! All these instruction based on Normal condition. In Medium condition interval should be 6000 Hours while in Harsh condition interval should be 4000 Hours

Change oil * (for vacuum fluid premium and vacuum fluid ultra). In medium and harsh applications an optional 500 hours oil sample is recommended. The lifetime is based on the mineral oil used for application

Change oil filter (for vacuum fluid premium and vacuum fluid ultra)

Replace the oil separator elements

Replace the filter element of electric cabinet

Replace membrane of vacuum control valve

Sign off on the pump maintenance

NOTE! All these instruction based on Normal condition. In Medium condition interval should be 2000 Hours while in Harsh condition interval should be 1000 Hours

Replace the air filter elements

Clean the scavenge line and blow out the restriction nozzle

Check operation of cooling fans of converter and clean heatsink

Check vacuum control solenoid valve and gas ballast solenoid valve

Check and clean cooling fan assembly
