1 Daily Maintenance

Also a full range of extensively tested lubricants, suitable for your specific needs is available to keep the compressor in excellent condition;
3 Monthly Maintenance
Check coolers. Clean if necessary.
Remove the air filter element and inspect. If necessary, clean using an air jet. Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements.
Check the filter element of the electric cabinet. Replace if necessary;
1 Yearly Testing
Warning: Depressurise the compressor before removing the valve
Safety valve unscrewed one or two turns and retightened
Compressor depressurised before valve removal
Safety valve tested on a separate air line
Did the valve open at the set pressure stamped on the valve?
If the valve did not open at the set pressure, it needs to be replaced
Warning: No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve
Sign off on the yearly testing
1 Monthly Maintenance
Check that condensate is discharged when pressing the test button on top of the electronic water drain.
On compressors with integrated dryer:
• Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage.
• Remove any dirt from the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner.
• Next, clean with an air jet in the reverse direction of the normal flow. Use low pressure air. Keep the compressed air nozzle more than 30 cm away from the condenser to avoid damaging the of condenser fins.
• Remove dust from inside the dryer, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner.
Do not use water or solvents to clean the condenser.;
