Replace the wearing parts of the electronic water drain(s). A service kit is available

For overhauling and for preventive maintenance, a wide range of service kits is available. Service kits comprise all parts required for servicing the component and offer the benefits of genuine Atlas Copco parts while keeping the maintenance budget low

Also a full range of extensively tested lubricants, suitable for your specific needs is available to keep the compressor in excellent condition;

Check that condensate is discharged when pressing the test button on top of the electronic water drain.

On compressors with integrated dryer:

• Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage.

• Remove any dirt from the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner.

• Next, clean with an air jet in the reverse direction of the normal flow. Use low pressure air. Keep the compressed air nozzle more than 30 cm away from the condenser to avoid damaging the of condenser fins.

• Remove dust from inside the dryer, e.g. with a vacuum cleaner.

Do not use water or solvents to clean the condenser.;

Check air filter service indicator

Check that condensate is discharged during operation

On water-cooled units: check for cooling water flow

Replace the filter element of the electric cabinet

Open the manual drain valve (Dm) to clean the filter of the automatic drain

Test the temperature shut-down function

If Atlas Copco Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid is used, change oil and oil filter.

Have the oil separator element replaced.

Visually inspect the oil separator vessel for damage and corrosion. The minimum wall thickness must be respected. See section Pressure equipment directives.;
