1 Monthly Condenser Cleaning
Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed
Voltage switched off

Dirt removed from the condenser inlet with a vacuum cleaner
Condenser cleaned with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow using low pressure air
Compressed air nozzle kept more than 30 cm away from the condenser
Upload a photo of the condenser after cleaning
Dust removed from inside the dryer with a vacuum cleaner
Water or solvents not used for cleaning the condenser
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Cooler Cleaning
Stop the compressor, close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage
Cover all parts under the coolers
Remove the service plate at the fan compartment
Remove dirt from the coolers with a fibre brush. Brush in the direction of the cooling fins
Remove dirt from the fan with a fibre brush
Clean with an air jet in the reverse direction to normal flow
If it is necessary to wash the coolers with a cleaning agent, consult Atlas Copco
Mount the service plate (1) at the fan compartment
CAUTION! After maintenance on the fan and on the coolers: Remove the loose parts that are used as cover
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Roto-Inject Fluid Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Enter the ambient temperature
Enter the element outlet temperature
Select the appropriate exchange interval based on the temperatures
Was the Roto-Inject Fluid successfully replaced?
Sign off on the Roto-Inject Fluid replacement
8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Safety Valves Testing
NOTE! The safety valve (SV) test can only be performed by authorized personnel and is protected by a security code
WARNING! No adjustments are allowed. Never run the compressor without safety valve
