8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Maintenance
Replace the oil and the oil filter if Atlas Copco Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid is used
Replace the non return valve of the scavenge line
Replace the minimum pressure valve and the thermostatic valve
Replace the electronic drain (FF units)
Apply the unloading valve kit
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Air Filter Element Replacement
Warning: Ensure the compressor is switched off and the voltage is disconnected before proceeding
Compressor stopped and voltage switched off
Side panel removed
Cover of air filter removed
Filter element removed and cover cleaned
New element and cover fitted
Air filter service warning reset
Select the type of regulator
Sign off on the air filter element replacement
8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Enter the ambient temperature
Enter the element outlet temperature
Select the exchange interval based on the temperatures
Was the Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid successfully replaced?
Sign off on the fluid replacement
1 Daily Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Check
Check oil level
Check readings on display
Check that condensate is discharged during loading
Drain condensate
Check the service indicator on the DD and PD filters (if provided);
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Maintenance
Check the electrical connections. Tighten if required according to values indicated on service diagram
Check pressure and temperature readings
Carry out a LED/display test
Check for leakages
Check the condition of the air intake hose of the air filter
On Full-Feature units: clean condenser of dryer and replace the filter mesh of the drain
Test temperature shutdown function
Sign off on the compressor maintenance
