Is the compressor operating in ambient temperatures above 40 °C (104 °F)?

If yes, the exchange interval is 6000 Hours / 2 Year; If no, the exchange interval is 8000 Hours / 2 Year.

Was the Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid successfully replaced?

Sign off on the Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid replacement

Check condition of the air intake hose between air filter and compressor element

Check operation of cooling fans of converter

Check blow-off solenoid valve after stopping and pressing the emergency stop button

Check oil level. If needed, top up the oil

Check that condensate is discharged during operation
