3 Monthly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Maintenance
Check coolers, clean if necessary
Remove the air filter element. Clean using an air jet and inspect. Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements
Check the filter element of the electric cabinet (where applicable). Replace if necessary
On Full-Feature units: Check condenser of dryer and clean if necessary. Check and clean the filter
1 Yearly Oil-Injected Rotary Screw Compressor Maintenance
Replace DD and PD filters or whenever the pressure indicator points red (if provided)
Inspect the air receiver
Minimum wall thickness as specified in the instruction book must be respected
Local regulations remain applicable if they are more strict
Sign off on the compressor maintenance
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Roto-Inject Fluid Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Enter the ambient temperature
Enter the element outlet temperature
Select the appropriate exchange interval based on the temperatures
Was the Roto-Inject Fluid successfully replaced?
Sign off on the Roto-Inject Fluid replacement
8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Roto-Xtend Duty Fluid Replacement

Is the compressor operating in ambient temperatures above 40 °C (104 °F)?
If the compressor is regularly operating in ambient temperatures above 40 °C (104 °F), oil lifetime is reduced.
Choose the exchange interval based on the operating conditions
