Warning: Ensure the drill rig has been standing still for one hour before proceeding

Sign off on the compressor tank draining

Check each emergency stop button individually

Before checking the next emergency stop button the previous one must be reset before restarting

Check that no fault indicator symbols come on

If a fault indicator shows in the status field, stop the drill rig and rectify the fault

Sign off on the emergency stop button check

Check drill rig for any signs of leaks, damage, breakage or cracks

Check working lights front, rear and on feeder

Any fault indicator symbols shown?

If a fault indicator shows in the status field, stop the drill rig and rectify the fault

Check the filter in the filter holder and suction hose

Check the drill-steel support's drill gasket

Sign off on the daily drill rig service

Check that the lubricating pressure does not deviate from the percussion pressure

Is the needle on the pressure gauge in the red zone?

If the needle on the pressure gauge is in the red zone, then the return oil filter must be replaced

Contact a service technician if the needle is in the red zone

Sign off on the daily pressure gauge inspection

Check for leakage around the engine and compressor

Check for signs of leakage in hydraulic pumps

Drain off water in fuel prefilter

Check Oil level in diesel engine

Check the Lubricating oil HECL/ECL/ECGl level

Check the grease level for central lubrication

Check the thread level for central lubrication
