Depressurize by unscrewing the plug only one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape

Loosen the vent plugs on top of the oil coolers

Drain the oil by removing the drain plugs

WARNING! Stop the compressor and switch off the voltage. The operator must apply all relevant Safety precautions

Compressor stopped and voltage switched off?

Use an oil pan to avoid possible oil spillage.

Oil filters unscrewed and oil allowed to flow back into the oil separator?

Filter seats on the manifold cleaned?

Gaskets of the new filters oiled and filters screwed into place?

Enter the readings from the display

Did the condensate discharge during loading?

Is the oil level above the sight-glass before starting?

Compressor stopped and air outlet valve closed

Bolts fixing the small vessel covers unscrewed

Oil separator cartridges replaced with new ones

Oil filler plug (of the air receiver) tightened

Service warning reset after carrying out all service actions

Sign off on the oil separator change

Check the contamination on the air-cooler surface, clean externally if necessary

Check the contamination on the oil-cooler surface, clean externally if necessary

Check the condition of the cooling fan assembly

Check the condition of the air filters, replace if necessary

Check the condition of the cubicle filters, replace if necessary
