Check coolers, clean if necessary

Check the filter elements of the electric cabinet. Replace if necessary

Check the silencer of the vacuum control valve, clean if necessary

NOTE! All these instructions are based on Normal condition. In Medium condition interval should be 6000 Hours while in Harsh condition interval should be 4000 Hours

Replace the filter element of electric cabinet

Replace membrane of vacuum control valve. For non-turbo application every 48000 Hours

Replace vacuum Synthetic fluid. In Medium condition interval should be 6000 Hours

Sign off on the pump maintenance

Select the condition of the element

Element overhaul in Normal condition every 48000 Hours, in Medium condition every 36000 Hours and in Harsh condition every 24000 Hours

Sign off on the pump maintenance

Inspect the air filter elements

Are there any damaged or heavily contaminated elements?

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated elements

Check for possible air leakages

Check for possible oil leakages

Sign off on the pump maintenance

Sign off on the daily pump check
