AEC Water Temperature Control Unit TDW

Ensure the heat exchanger is turned off and isolated from the system

Gather necessary equipment and materials, including AEC Liquid De-Scaling Solution (Part No. A00502600)

Circulate AEC Liquid De-Scaling Solution through the following sides of the heat exchanger

Follow the directions on the container and describe any deviations from the instructions

Was the heat exchanger successfully cleaned and free of mineral deposits?

Reintegrate the heat exchanger into the system

Inspect heater for deposits and dirt

Is mechanical cleaning required?

Perform chemical cleaning if required

Perform mechanical cleaning if required

Use a new gasket when reassembling

Check for signs of sluggish operation, excessive leakage, and noise

Clean the solenoid valve components

Inspect components for excessive wear

Ensure the following tools and materials are ready

Remove grease relief plug before adding grease

Grease all pump motors without permanently sealed bearings

Did you notice any pump seal leaks during lubrication?

Note any issues or observations during lubrication
