Circulate AEC Liquid De-Scaling Solution through the process side of the heat exchanger

Circulate AEC Liquid De-Scaling Solution through the cooling water side of the heat exchanger

Was the cleaning process successful?

Ensure the following tools and materials are available

Identify motors that require lubrication

Remove grease relief plug before adding grease

Did you notice any seal leaks during lubrication?

Check for deposits and dirt on heater surfaces

Inspect for hot spots on the heater

Use a new gasket when reassembling the heater

Check for signs of sluggish operation, excessive leakage, and noise

Is cleaning necessary based on the inspection?

Clean all components thoroughly

Inspect components for excessive wear
