Bunn Coffee Machine CWTF DUAL (OLDEST)

Remove the blue wire and white/red from the start switch

Compress the clips inside the hood and gently push the switch through the opening

Push new switch into the opening and spread the clips to hold the start switch in the hood

Sign off on the switch replacement

Warning: Ensure the coffee machine is unplugged before starting the procedure

All wires removed from limit thermostat terminals

Limit thermostat slid out from under the retaining clip and removed

New limit thermostat slid into the retaining clip

Sign off on the thermostat replacement

Remove the white/blue and white/green from the solenoid valve

Turn-off the water supply to the brewer

Disconnect the water lines to and from the solenoid valve

Remove the two #8-32 screws securing the solenoid mounting bracket to the component bracket. Remove solenoid bracket and solenoid valve as an assembly

Remove the two #10-32 screws and lockwashers securing the solenoid valve to the solenoid bracket

Using two #10-32 screws and lockwashers install new solenoid valve on solenoid mounting bracket

Using two #8-32 screws install solenoid valve and bracket to the component bracket

Securely fasten the water lines to and from the solenoid valve

Warning: Ensure the coffee machine is unplugged before starting the procedure

Removed the #8-32 screw securing circuit board to the mounting bracket

Removed circuit board and spacers (as required)

Removed all wires from the timer

Attached all wires to the replacement timer board prior to installation to the component mounting bracket

Upload a photo of the wires connected as per FIG. 21

Installed new circuit board with spacers (as required) to the component mounting bracket

Adjusted the timer as described

Sign off on the timer replacement

Warning: Disconnect the brewer from the power source before starting the test

Disconnect the black wire from the limit thermostat

Check the voltage between the black wire removed from the limit thermostat and the white wire or red wire on the tank heater

If voltage is not present as described, check the brewer wiring harness

Check for continuity between the black wire removed from the limit thermostat and the black insert on the terminal block

Continuity present in the 'ON' upper position

Continuity not present in the 'OFF' lower position

If continuity is not present as described, replace the tank heater switch
