    Side Seal

    Inspect belt tension and wear

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Inspect the film tracking wheel to ensure that thebearings have free rotation and that the rubber surface is aligned and not worn

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Conveyor

    Inspect conveyor drive components for proper alignment and wear

    • Pass

    • Fail

    Air System

    Sprockets

    Inspect all sprockets. Clean, lubricate and check alignment, inspect for loose keyways

    Perforator

    Clean and check for wear at bushings and lubricate
