Inspect and replace/repair parts as needed. Airlines and fittings; Reed switches and wiring. Inspect the chuck hand, gripper fingers, bearings and gripper finger spikes as well as bellows.

Denso Robot Inspection

Regular inspection of Denso robots is essential to ensure safe operation, optimal performance, and consistent production quality. Inspections help detect wear, misalignment, or faults early, reducing unplanned downtime and extending the robot’s service life.

    Air lines and fittings

    Reed switches and wiring

    Gripper fingers and spikes

    Chuck bearings

    Bellows
