Has compressor been modified, altered, damaged, or repaired such that casing integrity is affected? If Yes, has casing been re-certified and documented?
Compressor is free from excessive vibration
Compressor is anchored securely in place
Suction, discharge and oil pressure gauges are functioning properly?
High Pressure cutout switch functioning properly
Low Pressure cutout switch functioning properly
Differential oil pressure cutout switch is functioning properly
Is proper compressor external relief valve installed and is it in good condition? (free of external corrosion, etc.)
Compressor has suction and discharge stop valves and a discharge check valve
