Maintenance for compact guide cylinder

Maintenance inspections can identify minor issues before they turn into costly repairs. Inspections ensure machines are working correctly and helps prevent equipment downtime.

    TOOLS LIST:Allen wrenches, lubrication applicator,soft brush

    SPARE PARTS:Replacement seals, guide rod,screws,bolts,nuts

    Check the condition of the rod for corrosion, pitting, and uneven wear. Also, inspect the seals and wipers for any signs of damage or wear

    oil joint to prevent friction and wear and tear

    keep components clean to prevent build up and allow components to last longer.

    When switching the plugged port, check the air leakage. If small air leakage is detected, order new below plugs, and reassemble it.
