• vacuum clean all air vents on servo drives and other components

Check switches

• Check switches for smooth operation

• All switches properly label

• Lights properly working

Air tanks

• Drain moisture from tanks

• Check air safety release valves

Lubrication System

• Check oil level on overload tanks

• Check oil level on lubrication system

• Check oil on lubrication slides

• Check for grease levels if applicable

• Check for lubrication in links

Fly wheel

• Check for unusual noise

• Check V-belts for cracks and/or if they are loose

Clutch

• Check for leaks air or oil

• check for unusual noise

• Check for wore out parts

Balancers

• Check pressure gages

• Check pressure regulators
