Zebra Printer Monthly PM

Monthly maintenance due on all styles of Zebra Printers.

    Inspection

    Inspect the printer, applicator, and stand for any loose or damaged parts. Document in notes if needed.

    Grab the mast of the stand and check for movement.

    • Pass

    Inspect pneumatic valves for correct pressure.

    Inspect printed label for any spotting or fading.

    Inspect for any air leaks coming from pneumatic processes.

    Cleaning

    Adjustments

    Check tamp cycle, adjust regulators if needed.

    Check position of label to ensure all photoeye processes are reading correctly. Adjust if needed.

    Check text darkness and speed of label printing. Change in printer settings if needed.
