Check Estop for functionality
Heat sink (Cold Plate)
Check coolant level. Rifrost
Clean fans and coils on A/C units and clean electrical cabinets
Clean and lubricate press beam Y axis guide rails and rollers. WD-40, Kluber GB00, Mobilux EP2
Clean and lubricate backgauge axis's, rails, and ballscrew. WD-40, Kluber GB00, Mobilux EP2
Clean and lubricate I Axis surfaces for spacers. Shell 220
Change hydraulic oil filter. Mat# 1801553
Perform visual inspection of hydraulic hoses, fittings, valves, tank, and pump for leaks.
Visually inspect hydraulic cylinders for leaks or damage
Drain water from compressed air make up unit
Replace air make up unit filter.
Perform visual inspection of backgauge components for any damage. Repair or make follow up W.O.
Perform visual inspection of energy chain and all cables and hoses that run within the chain. Repair or make follow up W.O.
Replace back up battery yearly
