Drag Conveyor Tension Check

This procedure outlines the process for checking drag conveyor tension, focusing on verifying proper chain operation, paddle positioning, and wear conditions during active equipment operation. It ensures optimal chain alignment, safe tension levels, and smooth system performance while documenting any necessary maintenance findings.

    Warning: Tension checks can only be done with equipment running. Check inspection doors for safety switches before opening

    Tension checked at the curve for L-path drags. Double check at tail of drag.
