Check all bearings, grease if necessary, repair as req
Check condition of V-belts and lift belts, as applicabloe, replace as req
Check rollers and shafts, repair as req
Check for any oil leaks on line, repair as req
Check chain assembly, replace as req
Verify position/operation of limit switches
Check idler and drive rollers, repair/replace as req
Check for any damage, repair as req
Check turntable for proper operation and positioning
Check for any air leaks, repair as req
Check entrance and exit photoeyes for operation, repair as req
Check conveyor rollers, chains, bearings, repair as req
Check cutting wire system, swing arm, repair as req
Check turntable drive belts, adjust/replace as req
Check turntable slip ring, bolt in place, air leaks, repair as req
Check turntable home positioning, adjust as req
