Replace Cutting Fluid

• Turn off circuit breaker.

• Remove the cutting fluid tank drain plug and drain cutting fluid.

• Reinstall the drain plug after cutting fluid is completely drained.

• Remove sediment from the cutting fluid tank.

• Refill with cutting fluid to just above the middle of the sight gauge, (22.4 gallons).

Replace Hydraulic Oil

• Open the appropriate shop circuit breaker.

• Remove the cover on the left side of the machine.

• Remove the cap on hydraulic oil tank.

• Remove the drain plug and drain the hydraulic oil.

• Once completely drained, replace the drain plug.

• Fill with hydraulic oil to the middle of the sight gauge, (7.9 gallons, 75W oil).

• Replace tank cap.

• Replace cover over cap.

Backup Roller Inspection

• Check for wear on backup rollers.

• If one side of the backup roller is worn, turn roller over and use other side. Otherwise replace.

• Verify guide rollers rotate and inspect for wear. Replace as needed.
