Grommet Press

This weekly Grommet Press maintenance checks air pressure (85–125 PSI), oil level, grommet setting, and both setting triggers. Make any needed adjustments, clean the work area, remove loose items, and record any observations or issues.

Grommet Press

The aim of the Grommet Press procedure is to ensure grommets are installed safely, securely, and accurately. It provides guidance on the proper operation of the press to achieve consistent results. Following this procedure helps prevent injuries, equipment damage, and material defects.

    Air Pressure Check

    Enter the air pressure on the machine

    85-125PSI is normal.

    Is the air pressure within the normal range?

    Oil Level Check

    Check the oil level in the regulator setup fill to normal level

    Is the oil level adequate?
