ONE PRETIUM-ZHONGYA-1500HR-PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

ONE PRETIUM-ZHONGYA-1500HR-PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
This procedure outlines the steps for performing a 1500-hour preventative maintenance on the ZHONGYA machine, including pre-shutdown inspections, safety checks, lubrication, fluid level checks, electrical and mechanical maintenance, cleaning, and post-maintenance activities. It ensures the machine is properly maintained and operational, with all safety and functional checks completed.
Pre-Shutdown Inspection
Record oil temperature
Measure and record the current oil temperature.

Observe machine for abnormal noises and movements
Check for any unusual sounds or movements in the machine.
Inspect machine for oil leaks
Record or tag any oil leaks found and repair during PM.
Inspect all machine hoses for damage or wear
Tag any damaged or worn hoses for repair or replacement during PM.
Check inside pneumatic cabinet for air leaks
Tag any air leaks for repair during PM.
Safety Checks
Inspect and test door electrical, hydraulic, and air safety interlocks
Verify clamp safety pin engagement
Open each safety door and ensure the clamp safety pin is engaged.
Check all 'E' stops for proper function and operation
Replace any non-functioning 'E' stops as needed.
Lubrication
Apply EP2 Lithium based grease to main pump motor bearings
Apply 2 shots of grease to the Zerk fittings on the front side only.
Grease injection and blow mold leader pins & bushings
Ensure all necessary parts are greased and excess is wiped off.
Fluid Level Checks
Check main hydraulic tank oil level and fill as needed
Check head rotate gearbox oil levels
Ensure sight glass is clean and oil levels are adequate.
Check retro fit grease packs for injection main bearing
Determine if they are full, empty, or flashing life span.
Ensure lubrication reservoir on auto greaser system is full and functioning
Check each grease line for damage and repair as found

Electrical Inspection
Inspect all wiring inside panel for damage and bare wires
Check all switches and lights on control panel
Replace any broken switches or lights.
Clean drive motor and door air vents using compressed air
Replace all door filters
Ensure all electrical connection box covers are in place and no broken conduits
Inspect all wires and cables for damage and poor repairs
Replace as required.
Mechanical Maintenance
Change hydraulic oil filters (all 3)
Replace low pressure air filter on the drop to the machine
Check oil tank desiccant breather cap
Replace if flashing or over 6 months old.
Change out Blow Air Exhaust Mufflers
Check stripper assembly for excessive movement
Ensure it is tight to move; replace if too much play.
Check injection clamp tie rods nuts for broken or missing bolts
Repair or replace any air, oil, water leaks, and damaged hoses found during pre-shutdown inspection
Cleaning
Clean around exterior of machine and remove all old oil pads/socks
Clean up on top of and inside machine
Remove any old oil soakers and clean up material spillage.
Clean windows and pick up any old soak mats
Ensure no new mats are placed as oil leaks should be repaired during PM.
Machine Release and Start Up
Ensure all services are turned on and all LOTO removed
Ensure all guards and doors are in place and closed
Test cycle machine to ensure proper operation
Report any items not covered during the PM or if parts are not available to repair
Post-Maintenance Cleanup
Clean all oil and grease from equipment after job completion
Ensure all tools, bolts, nuts, etc. are picked up and properly stored
Leave area in a clean condition complying with Alpha Food Safety Policy
