Inspect and Replace O-rings

• Check for high friction or expansion of O-rings on the spool valve

• Replace or grease O-rings as necessary

Check Air Pressure

• If air escapes through the plunger guide or sieve disk, replace the O-rings on the plunger extension and air piston

Clean Components

• Dewater compressed air in the water separator

• Clean the silencer

• Replace the silencer if needed

Inspect Valves

• Check the pilot valve for any signs of being stuck

• Check the spool valve for any signs of being stuck

• Clean and replace O-rings and sleeves if necessary

Check for Leaks

• Inspect for air escaping through various components

• Replace defective O-rings to prevent leaks

Ensure all safety equipment is mounted and in perfect condition

• Verify that no unauthorized persons are within the danger zone of the system before starting maintenance
