This procedure covers the monthly preventive maintenance of machines, including visual checks for wiring, motors, moving assemblies, bearings, and leaks, with Pass/Flag/Fail outcomes and photo notes as needed. It also includes lubrication and filter changes, cleaning and tightening hardware, documenting unresolved issues with work order references, and technician sign-off upon completion.
