Monthly Machine Preventive Maintenance
Monthly Machine Preventive Maintenance (PM) is a scheduled, systematic procedure aimed at maintaining the reliability, performance, and safety of machinery in operational settings. This proactive approach ensures that equipment operates optimally, reduces the risk of unexpected breakdowns, and extends the lifespan of machinery.
Monthly Machine Preventive Maintenance
This procedure covers the monthly preventive maintenance of machines, including visual checks for wiring, motors, moving assemblies, bearings, and leaks, with Pass/Flag/Fail outcomes and photo notes as needed.
