Check all bearings for plastic buildup
Check static pins for proper operation
Check hydraulic reservoir levels, fill as req
Check resin pump oil levels, fill or replace as req
Check resin pump filters, clean/replace as req
Check blender operation and condition, recalibrate as req
Check for any air leaks on complete line, repair as req
Check scanner for proper operation, repair as req
1. scanner traversing smoothly
2. scanner belts, pulleys, etc in good condition
4. scanner readout consistent and correct
Check for any oil leaks on line, repair as req
Check extruder gearbox levels, fill as req
Check auger gearbox levels, fill as req
Verify proper operation of screenchangers-leaks
Verify winder proximity switches are working, repair as req
Verify position/operation of chuck proximity switches
Check ahi(cam) for proper alignment/operation, repair as req
Check chill rolls for operation, cooling, repair as req
Check casting section for proper operation, repair as req
2. check any safety, repair if damaged
3. check for any leaks, air or water, repair as req
4. check vacuum box for damage, repair as req
5. cast section moving freely and smoothly, rpr as req
Check spindles for damage, wear and function, repair as req
Check winder spindle drive units for wear, smooth operation
Check grinder, cyclone sytem and rotary vane, repair as req
If an item requires repair and needs to be scheduled, enter it as a separate work order so it can be addressed in a timely matter. if it is a safety concern, shut equipment down and repair immediately. either way enter repair work order # in the space above and explain in comments what was done
