Weekly Bag House Inspection Form (Load/Unload)

Weekly checklist for load/unload baghouses (BH01–BH04). Verify status, differential pressure (1–8 in. WC), compressor condition, conveyors, integrity, and any abnormal noises/alarms. Record readings, note downtime, and create SAP/WO for every nonconformance.
