The aim is to ensure the hide belt is clean, properly aligned, and in good working condition to support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation during production.

Follow lockout tagout and all safety procedures If you have any questions concerning the procedures notify your supervisor Log all additional repairs made or deficiencies found on this work order

Step#1 Check bearing condition

Step#2 Inspect hoses/pipes for wear and leaks

Step#3 Check belt for proper alignment and wear

Step#4 Check motor coupler for wear and proper alignment

Step#5 Make sure all guards are in place

Step#6 Check for proper operation
