This daily check verifies water jet system performance nozzle speed/pressure, hydraulic and water systems, temperatures, and safety features to ensure safe, accurate operation and prevent downtime.

    Work Completion, Production Notification, Cleanup and Task Signoff

    This section is dedicated to cleaning the area where you have worked, put away any tools that were needed for the task, have you removed any trash that is a product of the task being performed? Have all protective safety guards been reinstalled? Signing in this signature block means that the maintenance employee has cleaned all messes associated with the work, reinstalled all safety guards, stowed away all tools and ensures that the task is complete. Has the maintenance employee notified production that the work is finished and released back into service?
