Health and Safety Steps

• Wearing PPE is Mandatory ( Hardhat, protective glasses, steel cap shoes, gloves)

• LOTO the E-Stop after Pushing it

• Try to reset the message of the safety E-Stop

• Avoid Pinch points while working (severe injury can result)

• Never work under a weight

• Never work between two movable mechanical assets, or one movable and one not ( that can result to a Crush and death!!)

Maintenance Technician Signature

The signature of the person performing the job after finishing the health and safety steps

Paslode Gun online servicing

• Check for any leakage form the rear gasket or the manual valve side ( it needs to be done prior to LOTO)

• Check the magazine empty sensor ( It needs to be done prior to LOTO)

• Check the lower probe nose Spring and change it if damaged

• Check on the trigger and the brass pneumatic actuator especially the screw securing it to that location ( change or replace if damaged ,and if the actuator is wobbling a lot you have to schedule a full gun housing change)

• Check on the sensor and electrical cables

• Check if the magazine is secured as supposed to be with the lock nut

• Check if the Silencer is in a good status at the main air manual valve

• Lubricate both Guns with 06 drops of Pneumatic oil in the main air inlet

• Clean the Both guns from any dust , debris , and oil
