Go through this checklist everyday and report the results of inspection for pumps, filters, cooling tanks, air hose, resistivity, compressors, fans, heat lamps, air nozzles, etc.
Sump pumps 1 and 2 operating
Filter screen/basket clean
Discharge pumps 1 and 2 operating
Basket screen clean on pump 1 and 2
Water behind line A, B, & C
All controllers cooling tanks A-6, A-8, A-9, B-16, and B-19 must have same temperature as controllers set point. Tank reading correct.
All controllers on DI seals tanks A-11, A-13, A-15, B-24 and B-25 must have the same temperature as controllers set point. Tank reading correct.
All filters pumps should be running
Hoist for lube line A and C
Hoist cables for line B are in good condition.
Hoist chain for line A and C good condition.
Line A and C air hose check for leaks.
DI plant for water in storage
Resistivity must be above 12 MEGAOHMS.
Mix bed filter lights are on. Bottles 1 and 2.
Ultra sonic discharge pumps operating.
Scrubber vent is operating.
Compressors check for codes.
Compressors check for alarms.
B-Blast hoses check for leaks.
Blower PSI pressure gages working
Seal fans working.
PH controller working
Clean room and final inspection ovens are operating.
DI Water Plant - Check fittings, filters, valves, pipes for cracks/water leaks
Light Bulbs In all Buildings & All Rooms
All Heat Lamps (screens, burnt bulbs, etc.)
All Air Nozzles (Rubber tip, air leaks, loose handle, etc.)
