Due the health and safety accidents and near misses we have to check the pneumatic nail guns on weekly basis and change the damaged parts ( especially the nose and the W.C.E Spring)
Pneumatic Paslode Inspection
Lower W.C.E. (nose checking)
Check if all the teeth are straight and not bent inside or outside the shooting center, change the noise if you notice any damage/ deformity on it
Spring W.C.E.
Check if the nose spring is damaged or not ( the spring should be whole and in the appropriate place)
Lubrication
Pneumatic Nails guns need to get lubricated on daily basis
Pneumatic oil drops
