Monthly Fall Protection Inspection

This procedure outlines the steps for conducting a monthly inspection of fall protection equipment, including full body harnesses, lanyards, SRLs, locking mechanisms, and hooks & carabineers. Each component is inspected for defects, damage, and proper operation, ensuring safety and compliance.

    Full Body Harness Inspection

    Inspect full body harness for defects, cuts, corrosion, burrs, and proper operation.
