Full Body Harness Inspection
Inspect full body harness for defects, cuts, corrosion, burrs, and proper operation.
Inspect webbing for cuts, burns, tears, discoloration, abrasions, or any defects.
Inspect stitching for pulled or cut stitches.
Check if labels are visible and legible.
Lanyard or SRL Inspection
Inspect lanyard or SRL for defects, cuts, corrosion, burrs, and proper operation.
Inspect for physical damage such as cuts, burns, tears, discoloration, abrasions, or any defects.
Locking Mechanism Inspection
Inspect locking action for defects, corrosion, burrs, sharp edges, and proper operation.
Inspect impact indicators for activation and look for red threading.
Inspect retraction and extension for spring tension.
Hook & Carabineers Inspection
Inspect hooks and carabineers for physical damage, corrosion, defects, burrs, sharp edges, and proper operation.
