Cartoner - Bi-Weekly PM Procedure

This procedure ensures that the cartoner undergoes a thorough bi-weekly preventive maintenance evaluation covering mechanical components, drive systems, folding and sealing mechanisms, lubrication points, and safety devices, maintaining consistent carton forming and packaging performance, preventing premature wear or unexpected failures, and supporting reliable and uninterrupted production operations through structured and thoroughly documented maintenance practices.

    Inspection and Maintenance Tasks

    Inspect every suction cup (To be Done on weekly basis) for tear damage and replace if necessary.
